English

The Phone Call at the Flower Shop

I work part-time at a flower shop on Saturday mornings.
While a customer was looking at flowers, I answered a phone call from a friend.
The shop manager said, “Please don’t use your phone during work.”
I was very embarrassed.
I immediately said “I’m sorry” and put the phone in my bag.
After that, I went to the customer and we looked at beautiful flowers together.
