水曜日すいようびの夜よる八時はちじ、私わたしはデパートの文房具ぶんぼうぐ売うり場ばにいます。
白しろいノートと青あおいノートを見みて、店員てんいんに「どちらが安やすいですか」と聞ききます。
店員てんいんは「青あおいノートは白しろいノートより安やすいです」と言いいます。
私わたしは「カードで払はらってもいいですか」と聞ききます。
店員てんいんは「すみません、この店みせではカードを使つかうことができません」と言いいます。
でも、私わたしの財布さいふにお金かねがありますから、青あおいノートを買かいます。

The Blue Notebook at Night

At eight o’clock on Wednesday evening, I am in the stationery department of a department store.
I look at a white notebook and a blue notebook and ask a clerk, “Which one is cheaper?”
The clerk says, “The blue notebook is cheaper than the white notebook.”
I ask, “May I pay by card?”
The clerk says, “I am sorry, you cannot use a card at this store.”
But I have money in my wallet, so I buy the blue notebook.
