朝あさ９時くじに、日本語にほんごの授業じゅぎょうが始はじまりました。
かばんを開あけましたが、辞書じしょがありませんでした。
家いえに忘わすれたと思おもいました。
隣となりの学生がくせいに「すみません、辞書じしょを貸かしてください」と言いいました。
学生がくせいは「いいですよ。一緒いっしょに見みましょう」と言いいました。
二人ふたりで一ひとつの辞書じしょを使つかいました。

Grammar / Notes

• 〜と思おもいました (“I thought …”). Use plain past/present inside + と思おもいます/思おもいました. Example: “家いえに忘わすれたと思おもいました。” (I thought I had forgotten it at home.)
• 〜てください (polite request: “please do …”). Example: “隣となりの学生がくせいに「すみません、辞書じしょを貸かしてください」と言いいました。” (I said to the student next to me, “Excuse me, please lend me a dictionary.”)
• 〜ましょう (“let’s …” / suggestion). Example: “学生がくせいは「いいですよ。一緒いっしょに見みましょう」と言いいました。” (The student said, “Sure. Let’s look at it together.”)
• Particle で for means/method (“by; using”). Example: “二人ふたりで一ひとつの辞書じしょを使つかいました。” (We used one dictionary between the two of us.)
